We were very impressed with Joshes knowledge pertaining to home construction. The report & photos that he provided were easy to understand. As a result of his inspection and report we were able to save thousands of dollars in repair costs that could have gone un noticed. The cost of inspection wasn’t a debit but an investment, an investment in saving us a considerable sum of money. If we could give Josh a 10 star rating we would.

Josh was very easy to schedule and accommodated my schedule quickly! He did a very thorough inspection and I received my report within an hour of him being done! After I received the report, I was able to email him with questions and he gave me his honest opinion, very quickly as well. I would absolutely use him again!! Thank you Josh.

This was the smoothest experience with the entire home buying process. Josh is great with communicating via email and text. This was great for me because we were living 1,000 miles away at the time. The report we received from our inspection is very thorough, and I especially appreciated all of the photos it included. I highly recommend Josh.

With new construction, there's always the chance the home build will be delayed. With us, we scheduled our inspection... thinking the home would be finished by a certain date - and to our surprise, we had to push the date not once, but twice. Grrr! While that was frustrating, dealing with Josh was not! He was super understanding and flexible. Especially at the height of home buying season, Josh worked with us quickly to secure new appointments and never made us feel bad about it.
