Josh completed an inspection and a walkthrough when we couldn't get up to Idaho in the winter and during the pandemic to view a property for purchase. Josh performed my home inspection and identified several key areas that needs to be addressed by the property owner before closing on the home. Once I researched the estimated repair expenses on-line, they quickly totalled up to approximately $45,000! The expertise of a quality home inspector is crucial for identifying issues for a prosepctive buyer. I highly recommend Jonsey's Home Inspection for any home buyer! My previous property purchase fell through due to dubious reasons on the sellers part. However, I found another home that I had Josh inspect and he identified several items that needed to be addressed. The items that Josh identified and the seller has agreed to fix would have cost me approximately $15,000 to repair myself. A quality home inspector is money will spent! Thanks Josh!!!

With new construction, there's always the chance the home build will be delayed. With us, we scheduled our inspection... thinking the home would be finished by a certain date - and to our surprise, we had to push the date not once, but twice. Grrr!
